Sent a photo of our black Labrador with him sitting on a tree stump, 1000 piece jigsaw thought this would be great for us all to do, the picture I sent was crystal clear, on receiving the jigsaw nothing was in focus and our black lab, was more blue, absolutely gutted expected better for what I paid. Wish I could of attached a completed picture, but sadly that's never going to happen. R Roberts.

Not only do they advertise next day delivery that doesn't arrive for at least 2 days but they also cut heads off photos. I specifically places the photos perfectly and for them to charge £12 for next day delivery that took 2 days and to cut heads off photos is unacceptable. I feel like I've been scammed. They've asked me to return the canvas for a refund (not sure why they want it back to be honest). They should have corrected it and sent a new one that matches how I put it on the website. Will never use them again

Photo of our two dogs was so over enlarged they only just fit. Photobox did respond to my complaint and said the print machine would be reset to improve picture quality but the dogs were still too large. My wife is not happy to hang it on the wall so unfortunately a complete waste of money. Why not just print as per photo provided?

Spent weeks compiling a photo book for my son's 21st. Ordered in plenty of time. Did not arrive at all. Still waiting. A very difficult company to discover how to communicate with. Only through my own investigation did I discover that it had been returned to sender on two occasions by Chronopost, insufficient packaging the first time and the second, address illegible. This time according to parcel tracking it's stuck in "no man's land" and its status hasn't changed for days. Have been promised various things as goodwill gestures but I want my photo book. So very disappointed to say the least.

Ordered 2 sets out 5 cards for my daughters birthday (thank you cards). Both sets arrived so blurry they were unusable. Left a message on their customer services portal (ref: 210506-000051) and haven't heard anything about replacement or refund. Now it needs to be a refund as have ordered from Touchnote and received an awesome service and product.

Was pleased with the layout & overall appearance of the photo book. Was disappointed to see two blank pages after the first two pages.

I was very pleased with the spead of the delivery and the quality of the prints. My only complaint is that the sizes could be of the standard size photo frame. But other wise we'll done.

Overall I'm very pleased with the speed of delivery and more importantly the quality of all the prints.I'd ordered some canvas prints which is the first time I've had my photos put on canvas and they looked great.Not sure how it works out better that my order was split into 4 deliveries though?The website coud be easier to use in the sense that if adjustments are needed to a photograph before ordering......it's not easy to know which is the latest version of a picture.Other than that really, really pleased with what I orfdered. It would be great if you could offer a wider choice of frames and finishes on the canvas prints.


I am really pleased with my latest photobook about the transformation I made to my garden during Lockdown. The layouts were easy to use and I liked the choice of embellishments. Turnaround was quick too. Thank you

Placed an "Express Delivery" order (which I paid for) and have been told the delivery will be delayed (thus missing my son's 18th birthday which is what it was for). Contacted Photobox and was advised that they have no intention of refunding the "Express" payment and that they "hoped my order arrived soon".

On the whole pleased with my album, but a few of the photos aren’t as sharp as the originals despite all being digital. My previous albums have had a mixture of digital and scanned photos and the digital ones have been clearer.Otherwise I would ha e given more stars.

I really like the product, but I find it a bit expensive (photo magnets)

The first canvas was very poor quality , ie not lapped and didn't even come to the edge or bottom !Following a complaint it was replaced FOC apart from the cost of postage , will use Photo Box again But your Quality Control should have noticed the faults in the first place !!
